INTENDENCIA DE ADUANA DE TACNA
NOTIFICACIÓN COACTIVA

La Superintendencia Nacional de Administración Tributaria – SUNAT, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 104º inciso e) y artículo 117º del Texto Único Ordenado del Código Tributario, aprobado por el Decreto Supremo Nº 135-99-EF y normas modificatorias y de acuerdo a lo establecido por los artículos 16º, 21º y 22° del TUO de la Ley General de Aduanas aprobado por Decreto Supremo Nº 129-2004-EF, así como el Reglamento de Cobranzas Coactivas aprobado por Resolución de Superintendencia N° 216-2004/SUNAT, cumple con NOTIFICAR al deudor que a continuación se detalla, REQUIRIÉNDOLE para que en el término de CINCO (05) DÍAS hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente de la presente publicación, cancele o acredite el pago de la deuda que se detalla, caso contrario la citada deuda tributaria será inscrita en el Registro de las Centrales de Riesgo, bajo apercibimiento de continuarse con el presente Procedimiento que incluye las acciones previstas en el artículo 118º del Texto Único Ordenado del Código Tributario.
