Delayed Baggage

In these cases baggage has the same tax and customs treatment than accompanied baggage as long as a document issued by the international carrier is submitted, expressly stating how many suitcases or packages did not arrive with the passenger and its identification correspond thereto. 

For withdrawal a new Baggage Declaration Form is submitted to the customs authority and it is subject to the corresponding control.
