Undeclared goods and goods different to those declared
When at physical inspection and/or examination of baggage, undeclared goods subject to tax payment or a difference in quantity or nature between declared goods and those goods verified by the Customs Authority are found, then seizure of goods will take place.
A traveler has a period of ten (10) working days since the inspection date to solve any observations by the Customs Authority in order to avoid an administrative confiscation of goods as established by the General Customs Law.
