Traveler’s obligations

 

A traveler is obligated to:

• Complete and sign the Baggage Declaration Form by providing information for each item, whether or not they have baggage whose entry is subject to tax payment. In case of family unit, a single statement may be filed according to provisions established by SUNAT.

• Submit the Baggage Declaration Form together with a passport or official document before the Customs Authority.
  

• Submit baggage to control and registry by the Customs Authority.
